Summer Camp is open to children between the ages of 7 and 11 (please contact us if close in age and would like to participate). Our goal is to provide an amazing and fun summer camp experience in an outdoor setting while developing social skills and fostering independence, self-worth, and character.  Daily activities may vary from arts and crafts, sports and physical activities, games, educational fun, and course water park time! Camp is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Our staff is dedicated to creating a wholesome and fun environment for your camper to play, learn, and grow!  Our programs do not permit campers to bring toys, electronic equipment, radios, iPods/mp3 players, cards/games, personal sports equipment. Please leave these activities and devices at home. Personal phones must be stored in silence unless needed for emergencies.

All camp staff over the age of 18 are screened with criminal background checks. Our camp offers low counselor-to-camper ratios of approximately 1:6 with no more than 15 kids per session. Most of our camp staff are ski or snowboard instructors in the winter months! For camp updates and more details please visit here.

Camp Policies

Registration

Payment is required upon registration. Please register at least 14 days in advance, availability permitting. Camper forms must be submitted prior to starting camp. Upon registration, you agree to read and complete all forms for your child to participate in the camp. A completed camper packet must be submitted prior to the start of your session. This packet can be completed online here at any time.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written notification must be received no later than 10 days in advance of the first day of camp. A full refund will be issued minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Otherwise, you will be responsible to pay that week’s tuition in full, regardless of attendance.

Illness/COVID-19

We urge you to keep children home if they are ill, both for their sake and the sake of other children. If a child is feeling ill during the program for a duration of 20 minutes or longer, or is vomiting, has diarrhea, a consistent cough, watery or inflamed eyes, acute skin rash, a sore throat, or a temperature over 100°, the Supervisor will contact the parent for immediate pickup. There are no refunds for days missed due to illness. While COVID-19 protocols relax, we will follow all appropriate guidelines and mandates put into place. Campers will be separated from the general public in most instances, maintaining minimal exposure to other guests. Social distancing and proper hygiene will be continued while face-coverings will be at the discretion of the parent/guardian.

Inclement Weather

Indoor spaces are available at our camp. In the case of extreme heat or rain/thunder/lightning activities are modified. The water park may be closed, but camp will still be held. Camp schedule will vary depending on weather and pre-scheduled activities. On warmer days physical and outdoor activities may be reserved for the 'cooler' part of the day. We have a private camp room inside that stands as a home base for camp.

Behavior & Conduct

All campers are expected to abide by our code of conduct. The code of conduct must be reviewed and signed by each camper. Team members will always notify parents of emerging difficulties and ask for assistance in behavior management.

In some cases, additional disciplinary measures may be pursued if: a child inflicts physical/emotional harm on other children; is a danger to themselves or others; or is physically or verbally abusive to counselors and/or others. Those cases apply to the following: Endangering the health and/or safety of another camper, staff member, any other person, stealing or damaging property, leaving the program area without permission, use of profanity, vulgar or obscene actions or words or touching of themselves or another; bullying, mocking, or any other actions that make another camper uncomfortable. Because of the serious nature of these behaviors, we must enforce strict and consistent consequences to prevent future occurrences.

  •   1st Offense: The parents will be called for immediate pick-up and the child will remain in supervised “in-camp suspension” until the parent arrives.
  •   2nd Offense: 1-3 days “out-of-camp” suspension, based on the severity of the incident. At this time, a discussion between the Staff and authorized member of the family will take place followed by a signed written agreement that a repeat offense may result in removal from the program. A refund will not be given for these days the child is out.
  •   3rd Offense: The Program Coordinator will review all documentation and determine if the child will be removed from the program. A refund will not be given for these days the child is out or removed from.
