Requirements

- You must be at least 42" tall, no exceptions. We will not refund tickets if rider is under 42 inches.

- Every participant must ride in their own tube, no exceptions. Tubes are provided. SINGLE RIDER ONLY.

- Session begins promptly at the listed session time. Sessions will not be prorated or changed based on your arrival time.

- Once payment has been processed, we cannot change your session time or day.
All advanced ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Inclement Weather

In the event of a weather related closure, you will be notified via email and your tickets will be automatically refunded. Our operations page will be updated daily by 8:00 am and will include operating hours and/or closures.

TICKET PICK-UP

Send one member of your party to pick-up the tickets at the Snow Tubing Park Ticket Office (220 Yawgoo Valley Road, Exeter, RI 02822). They will be under the purchaser's name.
