Cancellation & No-Show Policy
No-Show/No-Calls will forfeit the lesson fee.
Lessons may be rescheduled when canceled no later than 6 pm the day prior to your lesson by calling 401.294.3802 ext. 112.
If a representative does not answer please include your lesson date, time, student name(s) and a day/time you wish to reschedule to. Refunds, credits, or reschedules will NOT be issued for lessons canceled after the deadline.
Terms & Conditions
All advanced reservations require payment-in-full. Walk-in reservations are subject to availability and are non-refundable. Lessons may be rescheduled when canceled no later than 6 pm the day prior to your lesson by calling 401.294.3802 ext. 112. Times listed on the store are the only available lesson times.
Packages include rental equipment at no additional fee. Credits or refunds are not issued if the equipment is not needed. Semi-private lessons (2 or 3 students) should be of similar abilities and ages. Tickets may be purchased for after-lesson use at the ticket window before or after the lesson.
We do not cancel classes for winter weather conditions, including wind, snow, light rain or below-freezing temperatures. If we are operating, all scheduled lessons will be held unless otherwise specified.
On the rare occasion, we are forced to close we notify pre-registered students via email. Notifications of closure will be made on our website by 7:30 A.M. the morning of each day. Lessons canceled due to closing may be rescheduled to another day/time.
Check-In & Equipment Rental
Check-In at the ticket window at least 30-minutes prior to scheduled lesson time.
IMPORTANT: You must be at least 18 years old with a valid state/federal photo ID to rent, or have a legal guardian with ID present at time of check-in.
We are unable to set-up equipment in advance of the visit.
