Registration Changes & Refunds
All registrations are subject to a $25 administrative fee per student with a refund or change requests.
Change/Cancellation Requests through February 13: $25 FEE
Through February 13: Full refund (less $25 fee)
February 14: No refunds after this date.
Exception: If a child is sick or injured and cannot attend classes, we will refund the remaining classes in-full with a physician's note.
Inclement Weather & Text Alerts
We do not cancel classes for winter weather conditions, including wind, snow, light rain or below-freezing temperatures. If we are operating, all scheduled lessons will be held unless otherwise specified.
In the unlikely event of closing Notifications of closure will be made on our website by 7:30 A.M. the morning of each day.
Rental Equipment Terms
- All participants using Yawgoo Valley Rental equipment with this program must visit the Rental Shop for an equipment fitting by February 13. This fitting ensures proper fit and guarantees your size.
- Equipment is only available during the duration of the lesson only. Extended use is permitted with lift ticket or season pass. Equipment will not be available on non-lesson days.
- Helmets are not available for rent at Yawgoo Valley.
Why? Did you know? Helmets are only crash-rated for ONE crash or hit to the head/helmet; because of this, we are unable to ensure the quality of every helmet.
- Rental fittings can be completed at the rental shop any time the ski area is operating.
Monday-Wednesday 2 pm-7 pm, Thursday & Friday 10 am-8 pm,
Saturday 9 am-8 pm, or
Sunday 9 am-4 pm (weather permitting)
